From the imported frozen semen, Magritte is the only son approved in America of the stallion Van Deyk: Grand Prix dressage in Germany.  Van Deyk was honoured "Premium Stallion"  at his approval and he has produced several elite stallions.

In 1997 at Blainville(Quebec) Magritte only a year and a half  won the championship title of the exposition (all breeds and ages included) . The judge's comments at his approval: " Very elegant son of the German Grand Prix champion Van Deyk , equipped with much presence and yet with much development ahead of him. Harmonious in the proportions of his body, elastic and rhythmically cadenced trot ; his freedom in the shoulders impresses at the canter. Overall an impressive presentation of a promising young sire."

Magritte is from a Donaufûrst's mare winner of  hunter jumper before becoming a dressage champion.  Magritte started his trianing with one the best Canadian dressage riders: Gina Smith

In the summer of 2005 Huno, the first foal by Magritte out of  High Class was approved as a Trakehner stallion.
